Retailer opt-out
If you run a store and do not want it reachable through BasketBridge, email optout@basketbridge.io with your store's domain. Please write from an address at that domain, or tell us how to verify that you run it.
Choose one:
- Full opt-out: your store cannot be searched or linked. Assistants are told to send shoppers to your website directly.
- Referral opt-out only: your store stays searchable, but links to it never carry a referral tag.
We apply opt-outs within 24 hours and confirm by email.
